I just found out about Dr. Chuang's passing today, I was trying to schedule an appointment, literally in shock! I have been his patient for the past 13 years, he was always so pleasant and mindful of any concerns I had. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family and prayers for Gods peace and comfort.

Befriended John as an ongoing patient of his 14yrs ago. He was a literal life changer & anxiety eliminator for me!! Fondest memory was his sincere perpetual always “glad 2CU” upbeat attitude!! His passing is a gross injustice to society!! Am in great shock & deeply saddened!!

John was the doctor who healed my trust when it came to medical professionals. I remember being so nervous for my first appointment in 2021, but his bright nature, witty attitude, and general optimism showed me that it’s okay to be myself. He never made me ashamed to be who I am, and is genuinely held in high regards in my heart. I believe there will never be anyone like him, but as a mental health provider myself, I aim to carry forward the values and kindness he showed me to my own patients. Thank you, and rest well.
Dr. Chuang was the first doctor who truly made me feel seen and understood, and his care changed my life in ways I’ll always carry with me. His kindness, warmth, and genuine compassion created a space where healing felt possible. I’m forever grateful for the impact he had on my life and so many others.
