It was one of those moments when I sat down with him together with his lovely wife, Carroll.
We talked about a number of things but what was more outstanding was the time when Ray asked about the progress of the church that my wife and were building in Uganda.
He was touched and together with his wife, they became very supportive untill it was fully built.
Another interesting topic of discussion his interest and vast knowledge that he had for international affairs.
I had the opportunity of sharing my story of how I was tortured and nailed for Christ's sake in Uganda at the age of seventeen, under the Idi Amin regime.
Ray, was a good listener, passionate, empathetic but above all, he loved the Lord, his God, with whose presence he's now enjoying.
