Jack and I bonded over our affinity for Greyhound racing. Jack, Grace, my wife Rita and I would try new restaurants together with Grace always having an Irish coffee ready afterwards. Jack wanted to name 1 of his Greyounds "Amazing Grace" and was irate when the name was rejected by the registry. A great guy and a couple to be emulated.
