John Thomas Pacinda's Obituary
John Thomas Pacinda, age 82, of Carrollton, Texas died September 2, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. He was born August 22, 1935 to John Pacinda and Anna Slinchek in New Britain, Connecticut. He married Carol-Ann Paterno on February 7, 1959 in Hartford, Connecticut. He was a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and held a law degree from the University of Connecticut. He spent his career as Legal Counsel in the construction and energy industries. He was a talented craftsman and a lifelong learner. Most importantly, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Carol-Ann Pacinda of Carrollton, Texas, sons and daughters-in-law, David J. and Susan Pacinda of Austin, Mark T. and Cheryl Pacinda of Carrollton, Craig T. and Deanna Pacinda of Carrollton, and six grandchildren, Meredith Gordon, Sarah Pacinda, Brice Pacinda, Riley Pacinda, Michael Pacinda and Caroline Pacinda. Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park.
