John Davis Wolfe's Obituary
WOLFE, JOHN DAVIS Born August 24, 1977 in Provo, Utah and passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 in Bloomington, Minnesota. Preceded in death by his parents, John Jay and Susan Marie Wolfe, John is survived by his two children, Michael Jay Wolfe, age nine, and Brooklyn Marie Wolfe, age six; and four siblings, Carle Marchand, Sarah Carlson, Rachel Grant, and Joshua Wolfe. His career took him to be an engineer, working for Texas Instruments and most recently TechnoProbe. He pioneered technology and has been awarded patents. He loved to spend time with his kids. He loved to set off fireworks on the 4th of July. This made it his favorite family holiday. He made friends wherever he went, including internationally when he traveled. He enjoyed water and outdoor sports. John was always there to put a smile on your face in spite of his own tribulations. He is now at peace with his parents. He will be missed. As John said himself, “Be strong, The Wolfe always is!” In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the children: Michael and Brooklyn Wolfe, at any Chase Bank [routing number 111000614], Attention: Christy Buckalew-Wolfe.
