Rice, JoLynn born September 25, 1946 in Waco, TX and passed away on August 19, 2016 in Richardson, TX. Preceded in death by husband, Jerry Rice; sister, Donna Arnold; mother, Doris Arnold; and father, J.D. Arnold. Survived by daughter, Tamara Rice Dorcas and Debbie Rice; son, Andrew Dorcas; and granddaughters, Avery Rice and Peyton Dorcas. Brother and sister-in-laws, Doc and Angie Rice, Sue Johnson, Bob, and Hoppy Browder. “Nana Turtle” was the most amazing mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis-www.Lungsandyou.com or American Cancer Society. Family will receive friends on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 6-7:30 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 10 AM at Trinity Life Baptist Church, 2030 Rowlett Road, Garland, TX 75043. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
