Joon Min Lee's Obituary
Joon Min Lee was born on July 1, 1982, in Seoul, South Korea, to his loving parents, Jung Sik Lee and Il Seon Lee. Joon went to school in the Irving Scool District, where he met many of his lifetime friends.
Joon was passionate and dedicated to all his work. He was a sushi chef, a golf teaching pro, a property manager, a director in business development. His last position was as a business analyst at JPMorgan Chase, coordinating IT projects and testing. He worked hard, and he also played hard. His passion for PC gaming was second to none. He was determined to gain an edge in whatever he did to set himself apart. He loved competitive games, from first-person shooting games to sports games. Joon also loved golfing and enjoyed taking adventurous trips to see God's natural world. He was a God-fearing man that loved Jesus Christ with all his heart and soul. He was a devoted husband and father. He loved his wife, Ellie, and his daughter, Katelyn, more than anything in the world. He was loyal and a trusted friend and brother to many. He kept it real and was one of his peers' most loyal individuals ever known. He had a big heart and always extended help without questions or hesitation. Regardless of the situation, all his boys knew that he invariably had their backs. Joon had a large circle of close friends, and to Joon, they were family.
He is survived by his wife Ellie Huang, daughter Katelyn Lee, father Jung Sik Lee, brother Joon Mo Lee, sister Emily Lee, nieces Johanna and Amy, nephews Ricahrd, Michael, and Ryan, and a host of loving family members and friends.
Visitation for Mr. Joon Min Lee will be Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A Service will be Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM with a Witness Cremation at 2:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
