Jules Lewis Claster's Obituary
CLASTER, JULES LEWIS of Richardson, TX passed away on December 7, 2013. The son of Max S. and Edna Horwitz Claster was born February 23, 1934 in Lock Haven, PA. He is preceded in death by his adoring wife of 52 years, Marjorie McCarty Claster. He is survived by his children, Mark Claster, David and wife, Sabine Claster, and Marla Claster Unger and her husband, Joe. He is also survived by his sister Carol Claster Lapinsohn; 7 grandchildren; brothers and sisters in law, and many nieces and nephews. Jules attended Lockhaven State Teachers College and graduated from Penn State University. His love of people led him to a long successful career in retail, retiring from Dillards Dept Stores in 2011. His quick wit, wicked sense of humor, and easy smile were infectious and always had anyone who was around him laughing. This kind and gentle man, who touched so many lives, left us to see the good in people and to cherish the ones that are around us. He will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 13, 2013 at Restland Memorial Park.
