June Elizabeth Justice's Obituary
JUSTICE, JUNE ELIZABETH 88, , passed away on Friday, April 13, 2012. June was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Walter Eugene (Gene) Justice. A long-time resident of Farmers Branch, TX, June was born to parents Harry and Minnie Forney on December 30, 1923 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. She is survived by a sister, Mary Simmons of Cashion, Oklahoma and preceded in death by brother Bill Forney, sisters Thelma Dalrymple and Grace Edwards. June enjoyed a 40 year career with Ewing Auto Dealerships working closely with Finley Ewing and son, Fin Ewing. She always considered the Ewing’s her second family and loved them dearly. Our family would like to extend our deep appreciation for all the love and support that Gail Ewing and the entire Ewing family have provided to our Mom. A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, June was a talented seamstress and exceptional cook. Through the years June made special quilts, afghans, Christmas tree skirts, and clothing for her family. These keepsakes will be treasured by the family forever! June was also a leader and active member of the local Beta Sigma Phi, a women’s organization. June is survived by two adoring children; son, Ron Justice, and daughter, Sandra Jenkins. She never tired of sharing her pride in their accomplishments. Ron and wife Pat live in Flower Mound. Sandra and husband Roger live in Waco. Known as Mema, Grandma, “G-G”, and Mawmaw, June delighted in her four grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They will always cherish their memories and time spent with her and will miss her. Grandchildren are Dr. Blake Jenkins and wife Debi, Todd Justice and wife Leah, Mandy Reynolds and husband Lance, and Rachel Warren and husband Michael. Great-grandchildren are Austin Ondrej, Jack Reynolds, Emily Jenkins, Molly Jenkins, Cayden Warren, Caitlyn Warren, Claire Warren, Travis Justice, and Brett Justice. Visitation is Monday, April 16th from 6pm to 8pm at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, April 17th at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel.
