Kay was born on August 23, 1921 and passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2007. Kay was a resident of Dallas, Texas at the time of her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley. Services will be Thursday, Sept. 20 at Restland Memorial Park.
