Kelly Logsdon Rush, 72, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on Saturday, October 18, 1947, to her loving and thoughtful parents Edward Ruff and Constance Ellis in Cumberland, Maryland. Kelly will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
Private family services will be held.
