Kenneth Smith was born in Jacksonville, Florida to George and Rosetta Smith on December 3, 1959. He went to be with the Lord on July 7, 2020.
A graveside will be held at Whispering Waters Columbarium at 12 o'clock noon on Wednesday, July 29th.
