Kevin Moran Smith Jr.'s Obituary
Kevin Moran Smith, Junior, age 25, of Garland, Texas, was born on February 26, 1997, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to Sandra Hart and Kevin Smith. He passed away on November 3, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.
Kevin loved music of all genres. He was an avid gamer and played exceptionally well. Kevin loved to laugh and to help his mother and sisters in any way he could. His family remembers him as incredibly funny and loving.
Kevin is preceded in death by: his grandparents Abe and Hazel Smith; his great-grandfather, David Young, senior; and great-grandparents Sam and Golena Hart.
He is lovingly survived by: his mother; his father; his sisters Jasmine Hart, Lakeshia Laws, Darian Smith, Vine’shia Smith, Taylor Smith, and Kyra Smith; his girlfriend, Kristin Wilson; his nephews John Paul and Zion Bond; his maternal grandparents Sam and Elizabeth Hart; aunts, uncles and a host of cousins and friends.
Kevin will lie in state at the Restland Funeral Home between 4:00PM and 7:00PM on Friday, November 18, 2022.
A Celebration of Kevin’s Life will commence at 11:00AM on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the Eastside Church of Christ in Garland, Texas. Dr. Ben Foster is the Officiant and Pastor Autavius Hobbs is the Eulogist.
He will be interred in the Restland Memorial Park
