Linda Hines Morgan, 74, of Terrell, Texas passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2019 in Sunnyvale, Texas. She was born on November 11, 1944 to Vestal Hines and Effie Chappell in Durant, Oklahoma. Linda married Arthur Morgan on December, 1963 in Durant, Oklahoma.She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Melton and husband James of Vidor, Texas; and Dana Morgan of Terrell, Texas; son, Scott Morgan of Dallas, Texas; sister, Mona Hines Hesler of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Jason Melton, Connor Morgan, and Trevor Morgan; and lifetime best friend, Linda Braziel of Trinidad, Texas. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Morgan; father, Vestal Hines; mother, Effie Chappell; and brother, Steven Hines.Linda’s family was her crowning achievement with whom she loved with all her person. She enjoyed making dinner for her family, fishing, and walking the property she shared with her husband of almost 50 years.Visitation will take place on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 12:00 PM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home
