Linda Kay Waggoner was born April 14, 1951 in Dallas, Texas and passed away April 25, 2019 in Ben Wheeler, Texas. She was preceded in death by her son Tommy Gene Hughes.She is survived by son Shawn Hughes (Mitzi Hughes-daughter in law), Kevin Waggoner (Jessica Waggoner-daughter in law), mother Mona Thomas, sister Zina Thomas, brother Jackie Young (and his wife, Carol Young), 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 1 niece.Visitation for Linda Kay Waggoner will be held one hour prior to services at 11:30AM. Services will be taking place at Wildwood Chapel on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 12:30PM, located at Restland Funeral Home,13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.She passed peacefully in her sleep at her farm in Ben Wheeler. She loved Nascar, her horses and her dogs.In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society
