WOOD, LINDA CAROL born July 14, 1939 in Hickory, NC and passed away December 28, 2006 in Sachse, TX. She is survived by her husband, Ernest E. Wood; daughters, Deborah Vann and husband Bobby, and Kimberly Provo and husband Todd; sons, Michael Wood and wife Corie, and Matthew Wood and wife Tiffany; grandchildren, Rebecca, Brandyn, Dustin, Kevin, Macy, and Elizabeth; great-grandchildren, Peyton and Madysun; brothers, Bill and Calvin Edge; sisters, Barbara Vaden and Rebecca Peters. Family will receive friends from 4-6 pm Monday, January 1, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 12:30 pm Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel.
