Lois Hodges Potter's Obituary
Of Dallas, TX passed away on October 12, 2009. A 4th generation Native Texan, born on August 13, 1922 in Burkburnett, TX the second of six children to James William and Johnnie Lee Camp Hodges. A devoted wife and mother, she enjoyed using her many talents and artistic abilities ranging from oil painting to restoring antiques. A member of Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church, the DAR and many other civic organizations. She eargerly looked forward to her monthly “Lunch Bunch” luncheons with her life long friends. Preceded in death by husband of 65 years, Carl S. Potter. Survived by her sister, June Boehler; sons, Mark S. Potter and wife Susan, Gregg R. Potter and wife Jaye; grandchildren, Kyle Ryan and Mary Potter, Eric, Justin and wife Priscilla; great grandchildren, Giovanni, Logan and Dylan. Her memory will live with us forever.
