Lolita Mae Giles, 89 of Rowlett, Texas was born December 22, 1933 in Woodward, Oklahoma to F.C. and Bertha Jupe and passed away on December 28, 2022.
Lolita was our beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Wife, Mother, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Friend. She loved Coca-Cola and Ice Cream. Lolita was a public servant during her working career and somehow raised 6 boys who grew up to be strong, kind and caring men. She married three times and remained on friendly terms with those still living. She was graceful, stylish, loyal, curious, kind-hearted, generous and always supportive of her family and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Sam Jupe and son, Charles “Chuck” P. Cook.
Survived by Sons, Johnny, Mike and wife Janice, Greg, Chris and wife Frankie and Lonnie Giles. Grandchildren Corey Cook and wife Leah, Christine Bickers and wife Ruby, Lewis Michael and husband Anthony, Michelle, Jace, Morgan, Matt and Hope. Great Grandchildren Jackson Bickers, Carter Cook and Romy Giles. Niece Dianna Woods and husband Keith as well as Great Niece and Nephew, Wende Gross and husband Aaron and Wes Stevenson.
Visitation will be held at Restland Funeral Home on Greenville Avenue Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service is scheduled at Restland Funeral Home on Greenville Avenue January 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.with burial immediately following.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
