Loreta Annette Brodie's Obituary
Loreta Brodie was born on August 14, 1919, and passed away on February 16, 2017, in Plano, Texas. She was 97 years of age. Loreta is preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter H. Brodie, and brother, Joseph Crisp. She leaves to cherish her memory son, Charles Michael Brodie and his wife Karen; grandchildren Kristen Anne Brodie, Michael Anton Brodie; sister, Naoma Lee Rozelle; great grandchildren Kathryn Noel McCoy Jacob Brodie McCoy and numerous nieces and nephews. Grandma “Mama” has gone to Heaven. She was an amazing faith based women who will be missed so much! She was extremely humble and loving. She loved her sports ( esp Texas Rangers and Cowboys)and she was absolutely hilarious ( sarcastic sometimes) We miss and Love you, Mama. Service will be held 11:00 A.M on Monday, February 20, 2017, at Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to bbbstx.org (Big Brothers Big Sisters) or emilysplacetx.org (Emily’s Place).
