Lyndon Ray Lee's Obituary
Lyndon Ray Lee, age 66, died at his home in Pomona, California, in April 2015. Lyndon Ray was born November 27, 1948, in Dallas, to Fred and Ellua Lee. The family moved to Dallas, Texas and settled in the neighborhood of Hamilton Park. Lyndon Ray graduated from Hamilton Park High School, and went on to a junior college in San Angelo, Texas to play football, He later transferred to the University of North Texas. After college Lyndon Ray worked at various jobs in Dallas, and continued to pursue his love of playing football by trying out for the Dallas Cowboys. Lyndon Ray moved to California, where he settled in Pomona. He worked in the computer system industry at several companies- All Tex, Washington Mutual, CALFED and BENEFICIAL. His time away from work, Lyndon Ray can be found enjoying several hobbies the included fishing, golfing, cars, and riding his motorcycle through the mountains. Survivors include his brother, Fred D. Lee, Jr. of Dallas, Texas; his sister, Nelda Lee of Baltimore, Maryland; his nephew, Michael C. Lee of Dallas, Texas; his niece and her husband, Shondra N. Chester and Jason Chester of Wylie, Texas; and his great nephews Michael Lee of Plano, Texas and Kendrick Lee of Wylie, Texas. Lyndon Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred D. Lee, and his nephew, Fred D. Lee III. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
