Bartholomew, Lynn D. was born on April 17, 1962 in Springfield, Massachusetts and passed away on July, 4, 2017 in Renfrew, Ottawa. She is preceded in death by her mother, Joan Bartholomew. Lynn is survived by Bart Bartholomew, Dave and Sharon Duffy, Mike and Natalia Bartholomew, Alan Bartholomew, Katie Burdett, Jenn Duffy, Lizzie Duffy, David Duffy III, Justin Bartholomew and Christopher Bartholomew. The memorial service for Lynn will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, July 30, 2017 at Watermark Community Church, Chapel, 2nd Floor, 7540 LBJ Freeway, Dallas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Navigators, Oklahoma State University #152793, PO Box 6000, Colorado Springs, CO 80934.
