Margaret Elaine Carr's Obituary
CARR, MARGARET ELAINE COOKSTON born in Royse City, TX on July 26 1930 and passed away after long battle with Alzheimer’s in Royse City, TX on April 13, 2014. Preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe (Rockie) Carr, mother and father Sim F Cookston and Mable (Orr) Cookston, and her brother Loyd (Buckshot) Cookston. Survived by her niece Toni Cookston, great-niece Lynette Self of Royse City, great-great-nieces Lyndi Butler of Tucker, GA, Tori Self, Haylee Self of Wolfe City and her great-great-great-niece Ansley Butler of Tucker, GA. Her dear friend of 62 years Blanche Doss and her husband Charlie Doss of Garland, TX. Her Godchildren Robin Mureiko and family of Kerens, TX and Barrett Doss and family of Rockwall, TX. There will be no visitation. Graveside Service will be on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Royse City Cemetery 800 Cemetery Road Royse City, TX 75189. The family has asked in lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Dallas Alzhiemer’s Association.
