Margaret DeMoye's Obituary
Born September 30, 1911, died November 15, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. (Jimmy) DeMoye in 1973. Margaret was a graduate of Hockaday and the Baylor University Hospital School of Medical Technology. She worked for many years at Baylor and for the pediatrics group of Dr. Norman Fashena. Margaret was an early member of St. Michaels and All Angels Episcopal Church and St. Mary’s Guild. She was a friend and mentor to students at Baylor and Southwestern Medical School. She and her husband were members of a travel club that pioneered travel by its own airplane to interesting places. For the last two years she has resided in Leonard, Texas. Prior to moving to Leonard she lived Presbyterian Village North for approximately twenty years.
