Margaret June Jacoy's Obituary
Margaret June Jacoy made her peaceful transition on Monday, February 13, 2017 in Richardson, Texas. She was 84 years old. June was born on June 26, 1932 in Ohio. After high school, June joined the army and was stationed in Fairfax, Virginia. While serving her country, she had the opportunity to meet and marry her husband, John. They spent sixty years together. June is survived by her five children June Rocco, spouse Sal, Carol Jacoy, John Jacoy, spouse Pam, Steve Jacoy, spouse Pam and Jane Jacoy. June also had the pleasure of having eight grandchildren – Jill Kempner, Dylan Jacoy, Drew Jacoy, Jordan Kohler, Nate Jacoy, Mitchell Robinson, Jamie Jacoy, and Sam Jacoy. She was also blessed with five great-grandchildren – Claire Kempner, Shane Jacoy, Liam Kempner, Mia Jacoy and Daisy Jacoy. June was a simple and serene individual. She met each person with respect and compassion. Her dedication and selflessness to her family is best expressed in this passage by Osho: If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies And it ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.
