Mark Lee McMickin's Obituary
Born July 27, 1961 in Dallas, Texas; passed away May 18, 2009 in Balch Springs, Texas. Mark was a graduate of W.W. Samuel High School in Dallas, and worked many years for Freeman Honda. He was a loving, caring, kind person who always thought of others before himself. He loved his pets, and riding his four-wheeler, and was loved very much by his wife. Mark is preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe McMickin, and step-father, Jon Lucien. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Edith Miller of Balch Springs, Texas; daughter, Rachele Miller of Arlington, Texas; sons, Danny Miller and Richard Miller, both of Virginia; grandchildren, Courtney Miller, Baylee Moreland, Connor Moreland, Slade Miller; mother, Delesa Lucien of Florida; sister, Celesa Jane Lucien of Florida; niece, Misty Incontrera and her children Alex and Wilder; as well as many good friends. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, Tuesday, May 21, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. A service will be held in Mark’s honor at 10:00 am, Friday, May 22, 2009 in Restland’s Memorial Chapel, with interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park, Garden “E”.
