Looney, Mary Katherine was born on September 5, 1926 in Blum, TX and passed away on April 27, 2015 in Greenville, Texas. Mary was the oldest of 4 children all of whom have passed. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert C. Looney; parents, Barney E. Lackey and Mattie P. Alexander Lackey; 2 sisters Ruby Puritt and Patsy Conger and brother Barney Lackey. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Yvonne and husband Sam Bushnell of Forney, TX., Dena and husband Michael Callahan of Greenville, TX; 1 son Robert and wife Pat Looney of Carrollton, TX.; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Pall Bearers include Kenneth Fifield, Doug Fifield, Bart Bush, Justin Fifield, Brandon Fifield, Ben Looney and Will Silverthorn. Family will receive friends and family on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
