Mary Anne Oleson's Obituary
Mary Anne Oleson, 76, of Garland, TX, passed away on November 12, 2009 at Baylor Garland, where she had volunteered years before. She was born on January 25, 1933 in Dallas, TX. She married Garland Oleson in 1952 and lost him in death after 43 years of marriage. She is survived by her brother, Roy Norwood and his wife Deborah of Dallas. She is also survived by her 4 children, Steve Oleson of Thornton, CO, Mark Oleson and wife Fran of Phoenix, AZ, Leisa Peebles and husband, Greg of Rowlett, TX and Eric Oleson and wife Janice of Garland. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Charis and Julie Oleson, Brandie and Stacie Peebles, Michelle Oleson, and Daniel and Justin Oleson and 2 great-grandsons, Korbin and Grayson and niece and nephew, Adrian and Nick Norwood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Oleson, her mom and dad, Mildred and Grayson Norwood and her brother, Roger Norwood. She was a graduate of North Dallas High School. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 15 from 6:00-8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home and services will be on Monday at 3:00P at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland.
