FARRIS, MELBA RAY Born October 22, 1920 in Rockwall, TX and passed away November 8, 2009 in Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents; great grandson, Chad Girdler; brother, Homer DeWeese. She is survived by her son, Mark E. Farris and wife, Donna of Richmond, KY; daughter, Fran Girdler of Garland, TX; grandchildren: Bart Girdler, Nichole Girdler, Melissa Ashby; great grandchildren: Landon Girdler and Collin Ashby; sister, Mary Buchannan and husband, Carl; nieces, nephews, other relative and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home.
