Mildred and Olin were married until his death on September 27, 1991. They lived in Roanoke where Olin had grown up. Then moved to Mesquite as the children went into Junior High. After Olin passed she returned to Roanoke to live for several years. She had many hobbies but painting was one of her favorites and spent lots of quality time with sister-in-law Emily Ragsdale and niece Wanda Smith (which have also preceded her in death). She then moved and lived in Paris, TX to be closer to her children where she passed after several years having dementia. She loved going to Church Services, Gospel and Country singing. She could remember all the words to the songs when she couldn’t remember who we were. We will miss her very much but we find comfort in believing that she is in Heaven and reunited with Dad, Sandra and any other loved ones that preceded her.
