Bette, my heart breaks for you. When I think of Milt, I can't help but think of his big Cheshire Cat grin and how his eyes would sparkle when he would tell a joke. He is at peace now and his body is whole again. Bette, you know how very much I love you. Nugget and I are here for you no matter what. All you need to is let me know and we will be wherever you are.
