Morris Lloyd Whittle's Obituary
Morris Lloyd “Butch” Whittle was born on June 11, 1946 in Dallas, Texas a son of the late E.M. “Buck” and Lillian Grace Bush Whittle and passed away on May 18, 2020 in Plano, Texas. Butch retired from Texas Department of Transportation after 33 years of dedicated service. On February 27, 1980 he was married to Pam Archer in Dallas, Texas. Their marriage spanned over 40 years and brought the birth of two beautiful children Amber and April. Butch was very loving and proud of his two girls and was always a great provider to his family in which he loved so much. To know Butch was to love him. Always full of energy and just anything to make someone laugh was what Butch was known for. Butch was constantly pulling a quick joke on someone to get the laughs. This and countless memories will always be cherished by his family. Butch really enjoyed working and raising cattle and other livestock as well as spending time at any sale barn.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 40 years, Pam Whittle; his two cherished daughters Amber Garvin and April Whittle; two precious grandchildren Kaitlyn Garvin and Landon Hunsaker; sisters, Glenda Steakley of Tool, Texas and Marilyn Baxter and her husband James of Sulphur Springs, Texas and his brother Gary Lee Whittle and his wife Brenda of Glen Rose, Texas. Butch was also that fun and loving uncle to nieces and nephews Neva Melton Lewis-Ball, Belinda Harden, Carla Richards, Patty Reed, Diane Moore, Kathy Parker, James Baxter Jr., Bobby Day, Tony Baxter and Mike Day.
