Naomi Booth White's Obituary
WHITE, NAOMI BOOTH was born to Mary S. Booth and Grover C. Booth in Washington, Iowa on November 11, 1917, and went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Carl White; her son, Jim White; her sister, Doris Sandifer; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Bergeron and Carla White; 8 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Naomi was a loving mother and a very special “Grammy” to her grandchildren. She loved her church and Christian Women’s Fellowship. She was a teacher’s aide for special children for many years. She was Past Matron for the Eastern Star and was a 50 year member. She had a special place in her heart for her friends and neighbors. She loved to cook and served many delicious meals to family and friends. Although Naomi was quiet, she loved a good laugh. Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
