Norman Edward Grogan's Obituary
Norman Edward Grogan, 74, of Denton, TX passed away on May 29, 2020, in Denton, TX following his fight with cancer. He was born on October 1, 1945, to Norman Dee Grogan and Ola Grogan in St. Louis, MO. He served in the Navy from 1966-1974 as a Culinary Specialist Seaman.
Norman is survived by Lucille Grogan; daughters Josielynn Robidoux and Tomiko Grogan; sons Byron Grogan, Gary Grogan, and Fedil Grogan; sisters Norma Dean Fox and Trudy Gorman; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his beloved cat, Salem.
Norman enjoyed the small joys of life such as candy and collecting items such as stuffed animals. He had a child-like spirit and loved to have fun. He enjoyed teasing and joking with his kids and grandkids. His laughter will be missed.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 4, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Norman will be buried at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
