Patsy was more than a dear friend to me. She has seen me trhough my low times and my high times and loved me all the time. We could talk non-stop or not at all. Even the quietness, we were enjoy each other. Patsy was bright, would stick to anything until she had it. Her family was her all but so were her friends. She thought of others many times before herself. She was funny and her laugh was whoehearted. You could not laugh when she started laughing. I have had many hours and blessings from knowing Patsy over the last 22 years and there is not one day in those years that we had each other to support and love. She was a rock to me and I knew I could always count on her to accept me, Adeline and not expect anything more of me. All she wanted was to see me happy. She loved my family as they were hers. In fact, she was family to us. She was there each time we needed her. It seemed that I never had to ask either. I hae many memories and many pictures to remember Patsy by and those will allow Patsy to remain with us for the rest of our lifetime. I loved Patsy dearly and I know she will be missed by me just as she will be for anyone that knew her. Jason, your Mom was a wonderful as you know. She loved you so very much and all that you stood for. I know this is a sad time but you will always have her love to hang on to as your journey through life. Here is a little something that can describe Patsy: Anyone can make you smile or cry But it takes someone SPECIAL to make you smile When you already have tears in your eyes Adeline
Duane and Bill, I am so sorry for your loss. Patsy was such a wonderful, loving woman and had such a warm spirit. I know you will miss her terribly, as will so many of us. May God hold you and all her family close during this difficult time. Love, Marci

I worked with Patsy in Kentucky and helped her pack up when she headed back to Texas. When I was getting ready to retire I was talking to her and asked her if she knew anyone who wanted to take care of an old retired man. She said she just happened to know someone. She introduced me to Adeline, we hit it off I moved to Texas we got married(at Patsy's house). I will always be grateful. Larry
