Patsy Ruth Fridrich's Obituary
MeMaw Patsy Ruth Hill Fridrich, 88, of Dallas, TX passed away peacefully on December 22, 2014. She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Layden Fridrich, her daughter Sandra Fridrich Wilson, and her granddaughter Stephani Ann. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Cheryl Ann & Robert Smith; grandson Ryan and his wife Laura; granddaughter Ashley, her husband Forrest, and their daughter Grace; godchildren Virgil & Marilyn Tiffee; god-granddaughter Kalisha, her husband Trent, and their children Kade and DeAnna; and god-grandson Cody. Patsy Ruth Hill was born on September 7, 1926 in Emory, TX to Raymond and Sadie Hill. The family moved to Dallas in 1930, and she graduated from Sunset High School. She worked at Southwestern Bell and at T.W. Brown Junior High. She served as president of the PTA multiple times, earning lifetime membership. Pat dearly loved the Elmwood United Methodist Church, devoting countless hours to the Bazaar Committee and other tasks. Pat also enjoyed cross-stitching and bowling. A Visitation for Patsy will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Elmwood United Methodist Church on Saturday, December 27, 2014, with a reception to follow. The funeral service for Patsy will be at 02:00 PM on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Elmwood United Methodist Church, 1317 Berkley Dallas 75224. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75238 at Restland Road.
