Patsy Benson Hubbard's Obituary
Patsy Benson Hubbard of Dallas Texas passed away peacefully Friday morning September 23th at the age of 80. Pat was born on October 30th 1935 in Clebit Oklahoma. She spent her youth in DeQueen Arkansas where she met her childhood sweetheart, James Hubbard. They both graduated from DeQueen High School. She was married for 60 years to James and they were able to travel around the world for business and pleasure. Through those years she lived in a number of overseas locations including Tokyo, Japan, Nice, France, and Hong Kong. Pat enjoyed fine dining, reading a good book, and was an excellent cook. She loved to travel and was always looking forward to her next adventure. She was devoted to her family and happiest when she was surrounded by them. Above all she was a wonderful wife and mother and lived to dote on her “Angels” her two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Waltsie Benson, her husband James, and her son Randall. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Greg and Beth Hubbard, daughter-in-law Vicky Hubbard, and her two grandchildren Rachel and Bryce Hubbard, along with a number of nieces, nephews and family members. A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Richardson at 11:00am Friday September 30th. All are invited to attend. Arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243
