Pearl Rice was born on November 21, 1931 in Tioga, Texas and passed away May 27, 2017 in Garland, Texas. Survived by her daughter, Donna DeVault of Plano, Texas; and son, Darrell Rice of Fate, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service for Pearl Rice will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
