Phuong Xuan Tran, 90, born August 1, 1928 in South Vietnam to parents Sanh Xuan Tran and Dung Nguyen, passed away February 17, 2019 in Arlington, Texas.Phuong Xuan Tran is preceded in death by his parents Sanh Xuan Tran and Dung Nguyen.Phuong Xuan Tran is survived by his loving wife of over 60 years Lan Chi Le, sons; Edwin Tran, Matt Tran and Trung Tran, daughter; Thuy Tran, as well as a host of other loving family members and friends.Funeral Services will be held for Phuong Xuan Tran will be held Friday, February 22, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held Friday, February 22, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home.
