Phyllis Anne Marks' Obituary
Born on April 1, 1929 in Indianapolis, IN and passed away on December 12, 2010 in Quitman, TX. She is survived by her husband, B.D. “Blackie” Marks; daughter, Brenda A. Brown and husband Rusty; son, Philip D. Marks and wife, Paula; sister, Jeanne VanBiggle; brother, Dick Smock and wife Linda; grandchildren Mark, Randi, Matt, Brandy; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 6 to 8PM on Wednesday December 15, 2010 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 3:30PM Thursday December 16, 2010 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
