Mrs. Rebecca Sue Lyddy Wagner was born on Monday, February 1, 1932 to loving parents Mr. James Timothy Lyddy and Ms. Mildred Lavern Welker, in Clarksville, Tennessee. She left this earthly world to join her loved ones and friends that had preceded her in death, in the early evening hours of Saturday, April 28, 2018. Mrs. Wagner is survived by her loving husband, Arthur Wagner, among many other loving family members, friends and colleagues.
