Richard Dick Schultz's Obituary
Schultz, Richard, D., age 90, of Dallas, Texas passed away suddenly on 4/7/2012 at home. He was born on 3/3/1922 in San Antonio, Texas. He married MaryAlice Ruth Stennett in San Antonio, Texas on March 10, 1946. They had one child. He served in the Merchant Marines in World War II in the Atlantic as a second class seaman. He was a resident of Dallas, Texas since 1956 and employed by E.M. Kahn as a Salesman/Board of Directors. Richard was a member of Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. Richard will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Barbara Ann Schultz Cowart and her husband Michael Cowart. He is also survived by grandson John David Cowart and wife Christine of San Diego, California, grandson Mark Andrew Cowart and wife Traci of Forney Texas, great grandchildren Philip Ryan Cowart and KayLeigh Nicole Cowart of San Diego, California; and James Allen Cowart, Ashlyn Renee Bell, and Jansen Ames Cowart of Forney, Sister-in-law Lorraine Stennett of Richardson, Mr. and Mrs. Lawson Taitte and family of Richardson, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Branning and family of Corpus Christi, cherished friends Mr. and Mrs. John Thilmany of San Francisco California Predeceased in death by his wife of 43 years Mary Alice Ruth Stennett Schultz. Graveside service will be held at 10am Tuesday, April, 10, 2012 at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of Flowers, donations to The American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
