Mr. Robert Kelley Dickey, 86, passed away peacefully on Thursday February 21, 2019, in McKinney, Texas. He was born on Saturday, January 28, 1933, to his loving and thoughtful parents, James W. Dickey and Ozzie E. Rector in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Robert Kelley Dickey will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. Visitation for Mr. Robert Kelley Dickey will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
