Raised in the Orient as the son of an American military officer, Bob understood how the Chinese way of thinking of time differed from America's way of thinking of time. Bob wrote a paper expressing the danger to America China could become. Having risen through the ranks of the U.S Navy, Bob walked the Pentagon, talking to many higher-ups about the increasing risk to the U.S. from China. No one disagreed. No one did anything. President Trump read Bob's paper. By that time, America had no Naval Bases at all in the Pacific. Rear Admiral Robert Holloman Scott was called back to active duty. Bob loved America, stood for the truth and never quit. He was recognized with medals from the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy.
