Robert was preceded in death by his parents; son, Roger Smeltzer and sister, Marcile Mabry. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Ann Smeltzer; sons, Terry Smeltzer, Tim Smeltzer and Ron Smeltzer and wife, Deb; grandchildren: Andy, Jenna and Christian; sister, Shirley Leinbach.
