Rose "Dolores" Zingale Martino's Obituary
Rose “Dolores” Zingale Martino was born on July 24, 1931, and passed away on October 3, 2016. Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, Rocco Anthony; father, Carl; mother Mary; 15 brothers and sisters and their spouses and various nieces and nephews. Dolores is survived by her children Dianna Martino and her husband Jim Pinson, Daniel Anthony Martino and his wife Lynn Canafari, Roxanne Martino, Kathleen Martino and her husband Mark Strittmatter; her grandchildren Rochelle Marie Wilson, Nicole Martino Payne and her husband Dan, Danny Martino and his wife Molly; great-grandchildren, Vincent Anthony Wilson, Haley Martino, Kera Martino; sister- in- law Loretta Zingale and numerous nieces, nephews and Godchildren. Dolores was a devout catholic and was involved in various activities in her church. She loved music, ballroom dancing, gardening, sewing, decorating, catering services and was dedicated to her children and their well-being. In lieu of flowers, the family request that masses be celebrated and rosaries and prayers be dedicated to her all for the spiritual benefits of her soul. She will be missed more than words can say. Services to be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 3, 2016 at St. Michael The Archangel Catholic Church, 950 Trails Pkwy Garland, TX 75043, (972) 279-6581 with Father Joseph Megan officiating. Inurnment will follow at Restland Memorial Park.
