Ruby Faye Breckner was born on September 24, 1927 in Tahlequah,OK and passed away on September 30,2016 in Dallas,TX. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Edgar and Dollie Dry; siblings, Lula Mae Estes, Beatrice Garner, Ray Dry, and James Dry; husband, Chester N. Breckner; son, Gary Neil Breckner and daughter, Carol O. Breckner. Ruby is survived by her daughters, Janet Sue Scudder and Donna Breckner Luna; brother Joseph Dry; sister Ruth Murrell; grandchildren, Julia Stautzenberger and Jonathan Scudder and their families. Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 11:30AM – 12:30PM followed by a funeral services at 12:30 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
