MILLS, RUBY VELMA Born August 5, 1918 in Glen Allen, Alabama and passed away May 5, 2012 in Richardson, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guy Mitchell Mills. Survived by sons, James D. Mills, Jerry L. Mills, Philip Mills and wife Marleen; daughters, Debra M. Mills and husband Harold L. Stockton, Cindy J. Witmer; grandchildren, Cameron A. Mills, Heather C. Killebrew, Marc A. Mills, Kim Evans, Jennifer Mills, Matt Mills, James D. Mills, Jr., Guy Mitchell, II, and Jeffrey; and numerous great grandchildren. Services will be held at 3:00PM on Thursday, May 10th at Restland Wildwood Chapel, followed by burial in the Garden of Memories at Restland Memorial Park.
