Watts, Ruby Faye was born on September 06, 1938 in England, Arkansas and passed away on June 02, 2014 in Mesquite, Texas. She is survived by her husband, James Watts; sons, Harris Skinner and wife, Amy, Michael Skinner and fiance, Deanna, Charles Skinner and James Watts Jr.; daughter, Nena Watts; nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two brothers. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 3:00 on Thursday, June 05, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
