Ruth Fehmel, 96 passed away on Friday, August 30, 2019, in San Marcos, Texas. She was born on Monday, November 13, 1922, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Alfred Edgar Cash and Patsy Perry in Troup, Texas. Ruth will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her. Graveside services will be held on at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Restland Cemetery located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.
