Ruth Blackbourn Kirby's Obituary
KIRBY, RUTH BLACKBOURN, Born June 19, 1923 and died December 13, 2007. Survived by husband, Leonard Kirby; son, Bill Lovelace; brother and sister-in-law, Ellis and Janel Blackbourn and their Families; step-daughter, Barbara Hauser and her family; step-sons, Michael Kirby and Gary Kirby and their families; and other relatives and friends. Some of her interests included creative writing, reading, water color painting, attending classes, and spiritual growth. Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at Greenland Hills United Methodist Church 5835 Penrose Dallas, TX 75206. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greenland Hills United Methodist Church or The Wilkinson Center 8200 Bryan Street Dallas, TX 75206.
